This video is from Boris Giltburg's QEH recital debut. He also played Prokofiev's 8th Sonata in the second half. What a piece and what fantastic playing from this phenomenal pianist, as ever.

With a stellar cast: Matthias Goerne, Michelle DeYoung, Petra Lang, Stuart Skelton, Heidi Melton, Falk Struckmann, Sarah Castle, Okka von der Damerau, Karen Foster, Katherine Broderick, Anna Burford, Elaine McKrill, Aurhelia Varak, Laura Nykänen. It's a fantastic recording!

 
 

The first of two Dutilleux CDs recorded in Lille with the excellent Darrell Ang conducting. Released on Naxos. There is some video of Symphony No.1 too - the second release with Jean-Claude Casadesus. There are also more videos of The Orchestra National de Lille..
